  29.      Registration Benefits:

  31.           If this is an unregistered version of Tournament BBS Checkers
  32.           then the maximum games that can be played is 10 games.  In the
  33.           registered version up to 99 games can be played.  Please support

  40.           Checkes.ctl    Created by Setup.  Door control file.

  43.           Setup.exe      Fast and easy setup utility, writes all the

  45.           Sysop.txt      This file.
  46.           Crules.txt     List of Checkers rules for users.
  47.           Cnstruct.txt   Tournament BBS Checkers Door Instructions.
  48.           History.txt    List of bug fixes and revision history.
  49.           Register.frm   Registration form.
  50.           Checkers.gam   Created by SETUP.  Contains a master list of
  51.                          games being played.  DO NOT edit this file.
  52.           Checkers.sco   Created by SETUP.  Contains all player scores.
  53.           CgameX.gam     The individual games.  DO NOT edit this file.
  54.           Checkers.key   The Tournament BBS Backgammon registration file

  58.      Installing Tournament BBS Checkers:

  60.           1...Create a directory for your Checkers game.  Unarchive
  61.                your copy into your newly created directory.
  62.           2...Enter your newly created directory and type
  63.               SETUP CHECKERS.CTL at the DOS prompt.
  64.           3...Follow the SETUP instructions.  When finished enter a
  65.               'Q' to exit SETUP and save the information that you
  66.               entered.
  67.           4...The installation process in now complete.

  73.      Parameters:

  75.           /L   Run Checkers in local mode.
  76.           /S   Run Checkers in sysop fast mode.  Only difference
  77.                between this and local mode is that /S does not
  78.                ask the SysOp for his name.
  79.           /M   Run system maintenance.
  80.           /Nx  Where x is the node number Checkers is run from.
  81.                At this point Tournament BBS Checkers does not
  82.                support multi node.
  83.           /Pn  Where n is the path to your BBS.  This is where
  84.                Checkers will look for your file to tell it
  85.                the name of the caller.

  95.      Running Tournament BBS Checkers:

  97.           Most Bulletin Board Systems call the door game up
  98.           from a batch file.  You may create a batch file
  99.           to call up this door game.  Include the following
  100.           lines: 
  101.                     Checkers /Pc:\bbs

  103.           Where c:\bbs is the path to your BBS.

  106.      System Maintenace:

  108.           I highly recommend that you run system maintenance once a
  109.           day.  System maintence can be run by the following
  110.           command:

  119.           Registration fee is $10.00.  As Tounament BBS Checkers
  120.           gets more and more complicated and more features are
  121.           added the price will probably go up.
